We were back to work on and started the pilot production on last week. We hope we can deliver Egret to all over the world on time to help you to sterilize your surrounding effectively.
Having almost overcome COVID-19, China is gradually returning to its regular life and work. All our factories resumed their work in mid-March. We are also back to work partially, with greater motivation to invest all our knowledge and expertise into making the world a safer and healthier place.
As you know that some of the countries are facing fully suspended on international shipping or facing serve delay. We will closely monitoring the situation and update the shipment status here when we begin to ship Egret.
Countries have completely suspended international shipping:
Benin, Cayman Island, Chad, Central African Republic, Cyprus, Djibouti, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait Latvia, Libya, Maldives, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Romania, Samoa, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tunisia and Zimbabwe.
Countries have suspended international shipping to certain regions:
Austria, Belarus, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, China, Columbia, Estonia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, S.Korea, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Slovakia, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Vietnam.
Due to the above situation, we may hold the shipment from certain countries and please send email to [email protected] if you want to change your updated delivery address.

MY PAYMENT FAILED. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
Kickstarter will give you 7 days to amend your credit card information if you had a failed payment. Otherwise, Kickstarter will cancel your pledge(s) from our project completely.
Therefore, please make sure your credit card on your Kickstarter account is updated before the deadline (i.e. on/before of Jan 29,2020) or you will be dropped by Kickstarter. Kickstarter has added the FAQ on how to update your credit card information as below:

You can still get your same rewards for the same Kickstarter price if you failed the payment. Please send email to [email protected] and ask to be invited as a "Pre-order Backer." Then you can purchase any items you want at Kickstarter price.
Please make sure your credit card can go through Backerkit's payment system because some international payment methods (particularly international bank cards) may not work.
WILL I BE ABLE TO CHANGE MY SURVEY AFTER SUBMITTING IT?
You can change your address, add-on items and even pledge level. We will lock down the completed survey when we are ready to ship. We will inform you before we lock down the survey so you will have enough time to amend and confirm everything.
CAN I BUY MORE STUFF AT THE KICKSTARTER PRICE?
We have prepared many cleaning-related add-on items after finishing the survey. You can choose the add-on items as you like on that page. The price will be competitive for the Egret's fans.

Although we have already started the Chinese new year holiday, we will proceed with all the material preparation and production on mid of Feb. Besides, we will keep on the shipping schedule on Apr 2020.
